Nigeria Customer Experience Festival will become an increasingly important activity for the future of customer service in Nigeria. We are getting ready for the maiden edition of the festival in 2018. As the project coordinator, the important part of our responsibilities is to promote the ethics of customer service and experience in Nigeria.

Guess what!? We’re now looking for ambassadors!

Do you want to become more involved with Customer Service? We are seeking volunteer Ambassadors to promote customer service and experience across cities in Nigeria. We are also interested in having your input on ideas for newsletter, website features and content

What are the requirements?

We do not care about age or gender All we care about is that you are passionate about customer service and experience.

What would you do? We have several ways for you to help:

  1. Creating a positive approach to customer service and experience in Nigeria and making customer experience more cool and exciting to the consumer market.

  2. Encourage the ambassadors to use their website and blog
    if they have one
    to promote customer service and experience.

  3. We would also like to feature our ambassadors in the customer experience newsletter
    where we would be happy to quote ambassadors and what they think of customer service and experience
